The founding members of the alliance involves leading institutions in Asia-Pacific region, including Gene Solutions, GenePlus, Genecast, Genskey, Genetron, Longlight, Nanodigmbio. Alongside the recognition ceremony held during the Summit hosted by MGI, this collaborative initiative aims to create an open, integrated and shared ecosystem for sequencing technologies across the Asia-Pacific. Additionally, MGI unveiled its new bio-fragment analyzer, the FragQ series, and showcased several flagship products, including the latest mid-throughput sequencer, the DNBSEQ-T1+. 

Promote Co-efficiency of Genomic Sequencing in APAC

As genomic sequencing technologies continue to evolve rapidly, the Asia-Pacific region is encountering pressing challenges, including fragmented applications, inefficient collaboration, and significant data silos. The APAC SEQ ALL Alliance, initiated by MGI Tech in partnership with several regional leaders, aims to address these challenges and promote regional synergy. During the Summit, MGI launched the FragQ series of bio-fragment analyzers, which includes the FragQ-S18 designed for small to mid-throughput applications and the FragQ-S100 tailored for high-throughput and large-scale projects, both adaptable to various sample volumes.

The DNBSEQ-T1+, the flagship mid-throughput sequencer recently introduced to Japan market, also made its presence at the Summit to bring unparalleled sequencing experience to the alliance. Capable of executing a paired-end 150 sequencing workflow in just 24 hours with Q40 accuracy, the DNBSEQ-T1+ stands out for its efficiency, flexibility and versatility that supports a wide range of applications across various research fields.
