FragQ Series Bio-fragment Analyzers
Bio-fragment analyzers are automated platforms that use capillary electrophoresis (CE) as their core technology to perform high-resolution, high-sensitivity, and high-throughput qualitative and quantitative analysis of DNA and RNA. It is a replacement of traditional gel analysis, to avoid cumbersome operation, long duration, and results that are easily influenced by human factors. The FragQ series has introduced two models, FragQ-S18 and FragQ-S100, to cater to the needs of laboratories of different scales and sample volumes, thus adapting to the diversified market demands.

Utilizing fully automated capillary gel electrophoresis technology, users simply need to insert the pen-style gel cartridge into the instrument, place the samples into the sample tray, and select the corresponding method to run. This greatly simplifies the operation process and reduces human operational errors. |
It has high sensitivity (with a detection limit as low as 5 pg/μl), enabling the detection of low-concentration biomolecules. At the same time, it offers high resolution (1~4 bp for fragments smaller than 500 bp), allowing for precise analysis of biomolecule fragment sizes. |

The FragQ series can complete the analysis of each sample within 3-10 minutes, significantly enhancing analysis efficiency. |
It is suitable for the analysis of DNA and RNA, including but not limited to PCR fragment detection, cDNA quality control, genomic DNA quality control (providing DNA quality number, DQN), plasmid DNA quality control, fragment and library sample quality control, cfDNA analysis, low-concentration sample analysis, fragment quantification analysis, RNA quality control (providing RNA quality number, RQN), and RNA fragment analysis. |

Equipped with Q-Analyzer software, it features a user-friendly interface that provides consistent and high-precision data analysis and export functions. The software supports exporting results in various formats. |
