CycloneSEQ Universal Library Prep Set

The set contains high-quality enzymes, optimized buffers, wash buffers, sequencing adaptors, and magnetic beads, enabling the preparation of genomic DNA (gDNA), amplicons, and other samples into libraries compatible with CycloneSEQ sequencing platforms. The preferred enzymatic ligation system significantly improves the ligation efficiency of the sequencing adaptor ligation reaction for long fragments. Libraries constructed with this set are compatible with the CycloneSEQ series of sequencing platforms.
