CycloneSEQ G400-ER Sequencing Kits

CycloneSEQ G400-ER Sequencing Kits includes CycloneSEQ G400-ER Sequencing Flow Cell, G400-ER Sequencing Kit and G400-ER Flow Cell Wash Kit, which are designed to be used in conjunction with the G400-ER nanopore gene sequencer. Specifically:

- CycloneSEQ G400-ER Sequencing Flow Cell is designed for use in conjunction with nucleic acid sequencing experiments.The CycloneSEQ G400-ER sequencing flow cell comprises several key components: a microfluidic chip for liquid sample processing, a BioMEMS chip containing a nanopore array, an application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) for signal acquisition and control, and a printed circuit board (PCB) with surface-mount components.

- CycloneSEQ G400-ER Sequencing Kit is used with the G400-ER nanopore genetic sequencer to sequence libraries obtained from the CycloneSEQ Universal Library Prep Kit and CycloneSEQ 24 Barcode Library Prep Kit. The 1 T in the specification means that it can be used to load once.

- CycloneSEQ G400-ER Flow Cell Wash Kit can be used to wash the G400-ER Sequencing Flow Cell (Catalog number: H930-000017) that has been loaded with libraries and to store the washed G400-ER Sequencing Flow Cell. This kit can efficiently remove libraries from flow cell, increase the number of available pores, and realize the reuse of G400-ER Sequencing Flow Cell.
