Features

High resolution: High resolution and low stitching images captured by Go Optical, accurate identification of Trackline and tissue details, can realize tissue and even single cell segmentation, more suitable for Stereo-seq technology of high-resolution spatial data.
Large scanning range: Go Optical has a large travel range of 100 mm x 70 mm, which meet the scanning needs of most STOmics large chips, support a variety of tissue types shooting, such as mouse embryo, monkey brain, etc.
Fast image: Go Optical has designed an auto-focus detection function that simplifies the photography process, allowing for scanning of a 1cm x 1cm chip under 10X objective lens in just ≤70 s, effectively preserving the integrity of the sample's RNA.
