MGIEasy Whole Genome Methylation Sequencing Library Prep Kit V3.0 is designed to prepare fragmented, size-selected DNA into libraries specifically for MGI high-throughput sequencing platforms. Paired with the upgraded algorithm of the MGI high-throughput sequencing platforms, it can not only greatly reduce the mixing ratio of balanced library or achieve no need to add any balanced library when sequencing, but also help to improve data yield. It provides an efficient and accurate method for genome-wide methylation library construction and sequencing. It can analyze the DNA methylation status at single base level, and thus enable the construction of a fine genome-wide methylation map.
