In order to facilitate access to our product user manuals, we have published the user manuals for sequencing reagent products and sequencing library preparation reagent products on MGI's official website, and we have inserted a card with download instructions for the user manuals in the corresponding kit.

Instructions to download the user manuals

1. Choose one of the following methods to log in to the download page:

(1) Enter MGI’s official website, click “Download Center” on the first page to enter the download center;

 (2) Directly search for the link on the insert card and enter the download center:

 (3) Scan the QR code on the insert card to link to the download center.

2. If you know the product name or product part number, skip to step 3;

If you are unsure of the product name or product catalog number, enter "Product Catalog" in the search field of the download center, download the "Product Catalog", and look up the product name or product part number;

3. Enter the product name or product catalog number in the search field of the download center to search for the product user manual.

4. Select the required product user manual and view online or download. Please download the latest version of the user manual to use the corresponding kit.
