The MGIEasy Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit is designed for extracting high purity viral nucleic acid from throat swab，nasal swab, blood, saliva, serum, stool, cervical swab, urine, animal tissue using special lysis buffer and new nano-magnetic beads, which shortens the TAT, the main reagents prepacked into 96 well plate, compatible with MGISP-NE32 perfectly. The extracted product can be used for PCR, RT-PCR.
