The Technical Support team has complete global coverage including Technical Services centres and multiple locations in major international regions to deliver satisfactory services to Customers.

Multiple international locations to provide timely and effective Customer services, include training, after-sales service, and general enquiries.

Spare parts are well stocked in multiple locations including Shenzhen, Wuhan, Qingdao, Tianjin, and Hong Kong (China); Brisbane (Australia); and Riga (Latvia), to ensure sufficient supply of parts for machine maintenance.

A fully-functioning Contact Centre is located in the Headquarters in Shenzhen, China.

After-Sales Services

We offer free installation and recallibration services, including all the reagents required for delivering such services.

Within 12 months upon installation or 15 months upon delivery (whichever occurs first), all repair costs in relation to manufacturing flaws and malfuctions are covered by the Warranty. Under warranty MGI is responsible for the related labour, parts and travel costs.

The Warranty includes one Preventative Maintenance.

Outside the Warranty, economical warranty extension packages are also available.
