Which application analysis software is installed in the BGISEQ-500 sequencer and BGISEQ-500n sequencing system? 

BGISEQ-500 sequencing process involves three phases: sample preparation, sample loading and sequencing analysis. You may build a library manually
or automate the process by using MGISP-100 automatic library building tool. Our automatic sample loading system BGIDL-50 can then be used to load
the generated DNB onto an arrayed silicon wafer using specific loading technologies. Upon completing a series of pretreatment works such as sample
preparation and loading, the sequencing chip would be put into the sequencer for sequencing. Thereafter, the corresponding high-performance application
analysis software can be used to generate standard/customized professional analysis reports according to the various sequencing application
requirements.

What is the operating process of BGISEQ-500? 

 
 

At present, BGISEQ-50 supports 160M effective signal points for a single chip, for which read length is SE50 and each run can generate 8G of data. The
maximum load per day is 2 runs, allowing 16G of data to be generated each day. Moreover, BGISEQ-50 can execute sample loading, sequencing and
report generation within 10 hours. Combined with the optional automatic sample preparation system MGISP-100, BGISEQ-50 can complete the entire
process within 18 hours, including sample preparation, sample loading, sequencing and analysis.
